Digital Marketer and Copywriter

Rebecca is a digital marketer and copywriter with a BA in Journalism. Rebecca has honed her marketing and writing skills by working with established companies and start-ups in multiple industries including financial services, technology and more.


She is passionate about tackling complex concepts and turning them into easily digestible and engaging content. She has a sphynx cat who causes a lot of mischief and likes going for daily walks, practicing pilates and eating out in London's restaurants on the weekends.


Senior Product Manager

Irina has extensive experience in software products, from development to project, product and people management, with experience in Agile transformations and processes optimizations.


For more than 10 years, she’s led and managed a diverse group of R&D product teams and helped them focus on the product goals. Her solid software engineering background is an advantage for both understanding and being able to leverage technical opportunities but also easily negotiate with the development teams.


Irina can easily identify and understand the problems and challenges in order to develop the most effective and efficient solution. Empathy is her ace, helping in product design, mentoring teams, and managing the stakeholders expectations.


Visual Designer & Graphic artist

Adriane is a Swiss visual designer and graphic artist with 12 years experience in the field of communication and visual arts. 

She has worked in international companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi in Geneva, Publicis Modem in London and Metropolis Magazine in Tokyo. 

She is a productive and versatile creative who supports Ideateplus during the Invent workshops to gather the different inputs into visual forms, whether it is UI design or sketching.


Adriane also cares about creating safe spaces for the workshop players to feel empowered and gain trust in their own ideas and into the process, helping them to discover new potentials and talents.


UX, Research & DesignOps

Alexis has over 8 years of international experience focusing on challenging, innovative digital projects that use DesignOps, Agile Methodology, and Design Thinking. 


She has helped teams develop their product and user experience strategies, and then work with those teams to build digital products that people love to use — and that deliver measurable business results. Moreover, she is passionate about learning new things, problem solving, and adapting to new methods and project needs to find the “holy grail” between business and user needs.


Alexis also has extensive knowledge in Scaling Design in Organizations, Project & Program Management, SCRUM and Agile methodologies & People management and development.


Product Manager

Chantal is a Product Manager with 5 years of international experience working with technical innovations. She is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, but is originally from the United States, where she cultivated her passion for the product development process through her work in Technical Marketing and Sales.

A strong empathy for clients' needs and reflecting those needs using agile processes is the foundation of Chantal's enthusiasm for building digital products. As Product Manager at
Ideateplus, Chantal manages the product backlog for clients, serving as an enabler of transparent communication between Product Owners and Technical Partners.

Chantal holds an MBA with a concentration in IT Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science & International Business from the Claremont Colleges in Los Angeles, CA.


Sales Director

Debi Buiaroski is a visionary and accomplished Sales Director with a wealth of global experience in top tier organizations across industries including Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Operations.

Charismatic, resourceful, and inspirational, with particular strengths in leading strategic, multi-disciplined change programmes, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering new business global partnerships with some of Vodafone’s most prestigious global clients, including Unilever, AON and Prudential.

With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Management from the University of Sydney, Australia as well as certification in Prince 2 Project Management and as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Debi is a member of the institute of Directors and has completed their Non-Executive Directors course.


UX/UI Designer

Nik is a seasoned UX/UI Designer based in London, and takes pride in steering impactful digital products and restructuring initiatives across diverse domains. His commitment lies in delivering superior user experiences through meticulous attention to design and functionality.


In client workshops, he fosters collaborative environments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and orchestrating the convergence of ideas within cross-functional teams. His focus on efficiency is reflected in the systematic streamlining of design processes, emphasizing not only visual aesthetics but also the needs of the end-user. 


As an advocate for innovation, Nik actively explores the integration of AI into design processes to enhance efficiency and infuse data-driven insights into projects. This intentional effort contributes to a more sophisticated design framework.


Qualitative Research Professional

Thomas is an experienced qualitative research professional who has helped many clients with customer-centric product and service development.

Thomas founded As We Are Research to provide marketing research services to organisations who strive for a better future for people and planet. He is keen to help organisations align their vision with their audience’s desires. As such, he helps organisations in research inspired innovation and design trajectories, with:

  • Discovery research: understanding your target's habits, desires & decision making.
  • Product & service design: testing your ideas to fit your target’s needs & expectations.
  • Experience optimisation: understanding your customer’s real life experiences.

Thomas supports Ideateplus in the research phase to formulate problem statements that are derived from the needs and aspirations of internal and external audiences. Thomas’ wealth of research experience with B2B and B2C clients make him an excellent candidate to discover what really matters to all stakeholders involved.


Thomas also supports Ideateplus as a facilitator in the invent workshops. He excels in making participants feel at ease and in control, whilst making sure they achieve the goals set within the sprint framework. A successful design sprint is a joyful design sprint for all involved. 


UX Designer

Dan is a seasoned User Experience designer, design thinker, product designer & human-loving introvert.


For almost a decade, He’s collaborated with a diverse group of product teams from various industries like R&D, Financial, Logistics, Social, Health, Telecom, to create insight led, human-centered products. He worked as a User Experience designer at Nestlé, along with Kev D’Silva and helped shape the global intrapreneurship program (InGenius).


His approach towards design and facilitation is with a focus on people, establishing empathy for both the people who make and the people who use the products he helps bring to life.


Shaping his design practice throughout the years to combine design thinking, user research and experience strategy, all with a relentless focus on the user.


Research, Innovation & Design

Tib is a researcher and innovator.  He joined the  Ideateplus team as an innovation and design advisor. 


In 2013, he created the Geometry Matters project, a platform that delivers a variety of resources on the topics of geometric cognition and cognitive geometry, amongst others.


He has a broad spectrum of research and interests, from innovation and foresight to data and philosophy of science. These allowed him to identify and build upon specific niches and trends, which further led to the development of a geometric framework for cognition: The Polynons.

Nick is an ethnographer with fifteen years of diverse, global experience. He has provided research and consulting support to governments, NGOs, and private companies, with a focus on how organizations understand the context in which they operate—and how they adapt to change. 


Working with corporate clients from the United States to Saudi Arabia, and in conflict zones from Ukraine to Nigeria, Nick has a long track record of understanding challenges and developing solutions. At Ideateplus, he ensures that innovation is grounded in a clear understanding of each particular client’s objectives, challenges, and resources. 

As a social scientist working in the private sector, Nick has also held fellowships at King’s College London and the Modern War Institute at West Point. He has Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from King’s College London, and a B.A. from Yale University.

Kev is the founder of Ideateplus and Nestlé’s employee-driven innovation program (InGenius).


Ten years as a serial intrapreneur within a complex corporate landscape resulted in insights that helped inspire others to kick-start or persevere in their enterprise innovation journey. His latest endeavor, Ideateplus provides a rapid innovation process that accelerates an organization's ability to achieve customer-validated experiments, while developing the competence of their employees. Ideateplus provides tangible results to enterprise innovation while creating a functionally diverse and fun learning environment.


Kev has spent the past 24 years as an IT professional in a variety of executive management roles ranging from Procurement, Vendor Management, Strategy and Innovation. He has primarily worked in a corporate environment within the sectors of FMCG (Nestlé), Pharmaceuticals (Merck Serono) and Telecommunications (Vodafone, Orange).
